x11 runs in OSX as well so u get a whole slew of X11 unix stuff, Its extremely cool that the latest mac OS is unix based. I cant wait for tiger.10.4 has some wicked features. OSX is cheaper then a boxed set of WinXP by about $300 here. and $500 cheaper for the pro version.

I know why they use X for everything...because X is the coolest letter in the alphabet! Just my opinion...
