I'll consider it. Might just leave it to Rich instead. But if I told you all that then I might start getting bricks through my windows

Thank you kindly. Was a 12 hour trip. I landed near midnight, got to my contact's place, setup my computer systems, and started working on NGC (again).
Was the funniest thing. I was in Denver and my plane had just landed. I looked out the window I was next too (right side) and saw the luggage conveyor coming out from the plane. Then I noticed my overweight box was on the very end of the conveyor.
The conveyor kept rolling, kept rolling, then woops...
there went my box off the end of the conveyor... the conveyor stops.
About 3 minutes later a guy came out and tossed my box upside down on the luggage cart. Normally I wouldn't care except I had computer equipment in these boxes.
The real funny part was when I went to get on the first airplane I had to go through security. I had my UPS unit (backup power supply/surge protector) in my carry on luggage (it's heavy and I didn't want the extra weight in my already overweight boxes).
So, the TSA guys are running my carry-on bag through their scanner. My bag about makes it through, they stop the conveyor, back it up, and examine the dense looking box (in my bag) on their scanner. They ask who's it is, so I give myself up.
Then they took all the stuff outta my bag and pulled out this UPS unit. I explained what it was. Something had been sitting on the unit wrong and the power button got stuck down. So... this little UPS box is sitting there flashing a little red light and beeping at them. They did give my UPS unit back (after smelling it with their machine first).
That was my humor for the trip.

Anchorage. This will be short-lived though. I'm likely to be gone in a few months, headed back to the main country.
(For the record, I'm not fruity and double minded. It's just a complicated set of events.)

Okay... right after the next couple moves
@BatVink
I currently have net access! Well, obviously. The connection is going to be upgraded in about a week.

Thank you kindly. I'm currently just finishing up the memory management. The system is very very modular now, I'm happy with it.
The long part of the precess was setting up the new octree system for performance. Sadly, while this provided the longest time to turn around, it only added about a command or two for BASIC developers. It offers large leaps and bounds in performance, and you can bet I'll be pointing that out left and right. I don't want those 2 extra commands to get overlooked as "nothing".
Right now I'm coding a "no acceleration" sliding mode, that will help keep your characters going down ramps at the same speed they move forward. It's like the "no_grav" option with the cool part that it prevents you from accelerating too fast when moving downhill.
Also, I'm fixing the slope control settings. The current slope control is determined from the slide normal of an ellipsoid, which means that when you change an ellipsoid size it screws up how your ellipsoid reacts to slopes. The part I'm FIXING is an option that lets the ellipsoids respond to the real slope of the geometry regardless of the ellipsoid dimensions. Also, you'll now be able to control these settings "per ellip", so you can have control over each object individually.
I'm also working on proper rotation commands for DB'ers so you can use commands that have the same effect as y rotate and so on. Will be
YRotateObjPRO() and so on...
I'm keeping a progress report at:

So... everyone check there for updates on NGC progress.
I'm net enabled earlier than expected. That royal sized launch is around the corner.
