Hello All,

What's the best way to learn how to use 3D characters that have animation features like walking, moving arms, rolling, etc. I have a version of Darkbasic professional and am curious about how that aspect of gaming works.

Thanks - Frank

Usually, the animation is created along with the model in an external program. In DBP, the programmer would for example play animation from frames 50 to 100.

Modeling and animation programs can vary significantly in price and features. The sticky post about models has a lot of good information on what's available.
