Feel free to critique, feel free to comment, feel free to say whatever. This is what I do when it's 4:30am on a.. i dont even know what day it is...Thursday morning...when I'm bored Have fun... Entitled: Ode to the Programmer

Ode to the Programmer
By Me

The Programmer, what a wonderful invention
Is it His skills in c we love without convention,
The way He takes a problem and solves it with perfection?
Or is it that charm, the wit we see when He makes a fault of protection?

At 9x1011?

No, it’s none of these I swear by my book of “Assembly”,
It’s the way He snaps His fingers when He’s realized His problem and remedy.
A simple IF here and a tiny THEN there, He’s completed His sole identity.
But alas, something more has arisen, is He so unworthy of affinity

At 9x1011?

A Programmer bonds to His work like a lifelong friend,
Will He never get his works to transcend?
No it must be undone, updated, recompiled, or else it will end
With an unbeatable fault of protection postmark and send,

At 9x1011.

But He shouldn’t be scared nor afraid but cunning,
For His life’s work has no room for becoming
A runaway program, no need for the shunning
He’ll receive for no patch to the fault of protection, arising

At 9x1011

Twas the night before Patch four, and all through the Dev. house,
Not a creature was programming, or clicking a mouse.
The models were modelled in Milkshape with care,
With hope that a fixed Pipeline would mean they'd soon be there.
With the wife in bed asleep, and I up all night, this neverending project was causing me fright,
Would it be compatible, or need reprogramming instead?
As visions of BSPs danced in my head!

When out on the forums there arose such a clatter, I sprang to my browser to see what was the matter,
And what to my wandering eyes should appear, than Vegeta and Simple drowning flames in New Year Cheer,
And VanB and and TAT and Rapscallexander, and a glittering trail from the much praised Lee Bamber!
His App was so buggless, his programming so slick, I knew in a moment Patch 4 did the trick!

"Now Kanga, now Petrat now Puffy now Jerry now Sini, On Indi, on Rose, on Pittuck on DG,
And all the many others too many to call, now program, program, program away all!"
And I heard him exclaim as he drove out of sight, "Thanks for using DBPro! Sorry 3dgs was sh*te!"

Just my 2 cents lol

Not sure how - the games makable were awful - blocky sky graphics, fps view was way too low, the racing games controls and collission detction was sooooo poor, animation changing was jumpy, everything was low-res and non-changable, max 20 small levels, I could go on! lol sorry I just had high hopes for it and it was rubbish. Not so much a NooB tool as a "never played a video game ever" tool
