I just haven't seen any games taking real advantage of the two screens and touch pad. Having a map for Mario Kart or shooting with a stylus in Metroid didn't sound all that innovative or enticing. If some interesting games come out then maybe I'd change my mind.
Also, the PS2 is still winning the console war this generation. Xbox has made significant progress (unlike the gamecube), but it is still a close second in my book.
However, that is just in terms of the 'legal' xbox. A modded xbox > PS2 (even a modded PS2).
