Hey every, i'm making a nice and graphical 3D Pong Game. I made a nice looking level in 3ds Max and rendered. It looked so...... beautiful. The was a bright skylight and a cloudy backgroud with reflection glaring off the tiles. Wow.. sorry about that. Anyways, I exported it to .x and opened it in DBPro and I was not too impressed with how it looked. Is there any way to make thye model look nicer like in the rendering while playing the game. I'm not a newb, so sorry if this sounds like a newb question, i just never knew....

3dsmax materials don't translate into the .x model. Look into using shaders and / or use baked textures to conserve some of the detail you get with 3dsmax.

High quality models and graphics, low prices. Graphics for the rest of us.
