ok, that may have sounded rude. correction: does anyone know of a plug-in dohicky for blender thatll allow me to export to a .jpg image? thnx

Uh...you mean take a screenshot? Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, open up MS Paint and Press CTRL+V.
