I am posting this on behalf of Nick who's internet is down.

These are renders from his latest model which he is just finishing off the details for, it's a Hawker Typhoon Ib from World War 2.

very authentic! I only wish there was a little more rounding at the wingtips and on the tailfin.

Very nice - UV and Texture job flawless! No stretching! Maybe add some dirt and stuff to the texture, just to look like its active maybe? Only thing I can think of.

maybe a lil longer, cant remember the specs of the typhoon. but otherwise quite a nice model, as for the prop, you gonna go with the flat circle plain or you gonna model the prop blades separately.

I can't answer most of the questions for Nick, his net will be back up in about a week or so.

What I can say is the wings are the right length as Nick modelled this one from a schematic, so the proportions are correct.

Remember that the Typhoon was designed for low altitude flying so it had very stubby wings. Here is a link to a blueprint, you'll find the wings are less than 3/4 of the length of the fuselage:

ahh ok, i wasnt sure if it was the typhoon or the hawk, hang on i think the hawk is a bomber. ohwell.
