Hi all,

I have gone through all the buttons and picked the one I feel will work best on the gamedev.net web site. So, congratulations go to Peter_X for his winning button (attached to this post). Your free copy of Cloth and Particles (+DBPro Online if required) is yours, just drop me an email.

Thanks to everyone else who entered too, there were some great contributions. A couple that really stood out were submitted by RougeCat and Manticore Night. RougeCats - I really liked yours, quite similar to the winning button infact, but sounded a bit like Star Trek Manticore - yours would make a great Flash banner, but the button size limits didn't do is justice really However as a thank-you for coming close runners-up I will give you a 50% discount on any TGC title on our site. Drop me an email for details.

Cheers,

Rich

Well done Peter, and the runner-up's Manticore and RogueCat.

Also, out of purely interest, how much does GameDev charge to have one of those tiny buttons on their site?

Exeat - you pay for actual banners, the buttons are for affiliates. You can get their rate-card from their sales people.
