i am looking for a program that can either change .x or .3ds files to pk3 or bsp or a 3d program that can export in those formats?

have you tried deep exploration? it does the majority of formats

Used to be Phoenix_insane registered in september 2003 despite what the date says to the left <--
PC - amd athlon 2ghz, 512mb, geforce fx5200 128mb, 200gb, xp pro sp2
