I am finaly giving up using poser to create human models for games because of the high poly count ... is there an alternative piece of software that produces low poly humans that i can import into character shop ?

thanks

no - but have you tried poser with 3ds max (ie loading the model in max and using a multi res modifier then making a normal map for the low poly one?

Agreed. Milkshape with Poser works well, though. (lol, lately my 3d Chat posts tended to sound like Milkshape commercials )

BTW, Metasequoia LE has a polygon reduction tool in it. So, that might be a viable option for cheaply reducing the poly count.
