Every now and again i look at the codebase to see what code people have posted and im getting increacingly annoyed with the content.

Is it just me or am i sick of seeing piles and piles of totally useless peices of code?, especially the ones that are 5 lines and under, that serve no purpose in helping anyone progress anywhere in there coding of anything.

I believe they need some sort of a moderator or something that results in useless code getting deleted,

I understand these people want to help one another but posting darkbasic help files examples is just a waste of space.

Program guy - That wasn't funny. Shut up.

I agree with that, what's to stop people from completely spamming it with useless content?

Agreed, but I remember when I was first starting out I was so anxious to post my first work. It may look bad now, but back then, it was all I could do. If a moderation system is put into place, we'd also need "Snippet Numbering" so we could know if a user's snippet is his first or not.

It depends on the quality of the snippet. If it's their first game or useful piece of code that is in there (or obvious) then they can post in a board and be proud and wished a good coding life etc.

For a joke SEE SEE would be better
