I want my models export to .x

Someone has tell me that I must use Panda.
I have found the link where i can download but how must i install it?

And how can i use this program

Hi

panda it's plugin for 3dsMax so just install it into your max/plugin folder...then to use it ...in the menu File choose export...and save as type Panda Export X...then a dialog box will appears for all the setting concerning the export...
