Oh god...

I'll be helpful now:

1. Many people hate Comic Sans, including me. Look into Verdana or Arial.

2. Make the Marquee (spelling?) background the same as the background...more on the colour in a second.

3. Colour: That's a nice blue, and an ok grey - they go together if used correctly, but that wouldn't look bad. However, red does not go with blue...and not well with grey. Red goes with black better.

To show you an example of colours: http://pulse.dbspot.com and http://pulse.dbspot.com/AQA which both have quite nice colour schemes.

I think that will be a start, sorry if that seems harsh

I must say that looks a lot nicer.

Now how about making the navagation bar horizontal - so you dont have to scroll so much.

Also have a play around with different font sizes and styles. For example when using Verdana I have my basic font at 10px, the smaller things that need emphasis (e.g. "Websmaster") in bold and the main titles in bold and a bigger font.

EDIT: Also, by looking at the HTML, it appears that you have used a site creator to make the site. I would recommend learning HTML from a site like http://www.w3schools.com...Ignore that edit if you are learning HTML
