the woman is a bit screwy. her stomach and lower back stick too far forward comaparative to her butt. and the lower leg is curved too much, straighten it out, cause it's not really what a human looks like, unless you used your girlfriend as a model or something, in that case sorry for the poor comments on her.

Some women have very accentuated arches in their back. My girlfriend does, mostly because she was a gymnast when she was like 12 or something.

The only crit I would offer is that her hips are wider than her torso. Her ribcage isn't as wide as her pelvis.

The gun is simple, yet very nice.

The woman is slightly out of proportion, but still incredibly well done (In my opinion, anyway).

@ Tapeworms thats great crit...thanks...
Considering body proportions take a look at all the models on this site http://www.3d.sk/....
they basically show that body proportions change from person to person thats why the model needs to be customised..to suit your charater needs...
I also do admit that the pic i used to model was bad so I tried fixing the model with judgement....here are the latest pics....

I'm still not satisfied with the feet, the side view and the shape of the chest...looks kinda like a doll..

here's more on the gun...

i left it in pieces so it would be easy to animate(also i dont know what importer people use and somemtimes that messes with the model and fuses its parts). I also wanted to know if i should use booleans one gun to make it have a hollow barrel?...this will look nice but it'll give the poly count a kick...

I missed that small writting under the image when i read it, so i didnt see the bit about the leg, but the ankle point needs to be changed cause the foot seems to jut out at too sharp up an angle from the shin. the gun is fine for a low poly gun. And in renaisance times they wore those skirts with the but things out the back, which i sthe first thing i thought of when i saw your image, but women didn't actually have butts that jutted out like j-lo, it was the wiring in the dress that did it. In the second set of shots her torso sitll looks too far forward from her butt, only slightly out but enough to spot, try moving it back a bit and seeing how it sits. also as said before her upper torso seems out of proportion, it seems a lil too small from teh front and back views, need to stretch it out a bit more, and is it just me or does she have really long legs, cause it makes her look pretty top heavy on the side view.

thanks alot, those things were bugging me i thought i was being picky..but I am a bit confused now, cause she is an anime character and they have very long legs, even if they're 5 feet tall, well depending in the style of anime. I've been tweeking the model some more and I'm still kind of looking for good ref pics the ones I've used were both cartoons....thanks again...

max....but it can be done in any modelling app as well, cause the human model i did by following a tut and the gun is basic geometry. The link for the human tut is listed above please note though the human tut has a bad ref file so your model willl be slightly weird looking .i.e. my first pic...thanks for the comments they are available for dl..
