LOL, no it's not that. That was suck even worse though. So... whats a guy to do when his he loses the serial code for the Norton System works CD do? Its 24 digits long and doesn't contain all the letters or numbers. Each letter or number can be used X amount of times. So if you think about it that 24 to the 24th power. I would make a matrix and try all the possibilities, but that would be foobar. Any ideas?

Ring Symantec and explain your problem, they'll probably ask you to send the CD, after which, they'll send a replacement (with a new key).
