Hello,
I made a house 250 by 250 by 75, and when I try to go in it it just not there any more. I put my camera movment down to .1 and I still can't walk in to it.

maybe your object has no visible polys inside, you could try to set the object cull to 0, that may work

Well it depends on council regulations. It is usually only allowed to take up 60% of your land space, and you may not eb able to have more than one story if it is going to block a neighbors view.
