DLL Talk / a tutorial for dll making?

Is there a dll writing tutorial for making dlls for DBP? if not, can somebody write one? the "Third Party Commands" document is confusing....

what version of visual c++ xhave you got 6 or .net

uh... im using Borland C++ Builder(can use C++ and VC++) if thats wat ur asking...

and it is also a very inefficent compiler - compared to the ms one, it can be a right pain at times as well
