Doesn't look bad. Though, I suggest you get the vertices in the middle of his forehead and push them inwards, and the vertices around them should be pulled outwards slightly, so as to remove that edge on his face.
Also, on the middle picture, it seams that his eyes are REALLY close to the tip of his nose.

Should try getting his nose and moving it down a bit. Everybody wants a rhinoplasty (sp?) these days.

Have you given him some bones yet, or is he fixed in that position?
If you plan on using him for a game, you can use a little more polygons on him if he's the main character. If he's just a baddie, then don't add too much detail. Espetially if there's going to be lots of him around.
