No you don't. All you need is a compatible compiler - Microsoft Visual C++ 6 or Microsoft Visual C++ .NET 2003. Then you also need the DirectX 9.0b SDK or higher.

Mike has said he would like to get DevC up and running with it. Dont know whether he has managed it though.

Dev C++ support is in the works. I had some problems compiling our source in it so for now it's not supported.

I don't have access to the DarkDSK site for some reason, so I have a few questions. Will there be a trial version we can try out? I see a freeware version in the newsletter, but it's $60.

Freeware means it gives you a freeware license, no more.

Please get that DevC++ compatibility working...because if you do i will probably buy it...but as it is now...i'd have to go spend money on "MS Visual C++ 6/Net 2003"

also i went to the buying area and it showed one %10 discount...but not the other ...(i own DBPro..actually i own Two Copies of DBPro ...)

ok i did that, and entered the code that was in my profile orders area...(were it told me to go) but nothing happened when i came to the paying part...(it showed the "before end of 2004" discount but not the "already own DBPro" discount)

i won my copy of DBPro from that Button Compo thingy(well i also have a copy i bought on amazon...but that doesn't count )...so does that have anything to do with it?
