Yes, you just need the URL of the image as it exists on your site, then press the "Image" button located above the emoticons when you're posting. You'll see "[img]" appear and the img button changes to "img *". Paste the URL, then press the "img *" button again to close.

look in the source button, had to put it there or it would try to make a clickable image
