Geek Culture / Forum functions - Help needed

I want to know how to do 2 things:

1. Create a link which says one thing, and links to another. for example, a clickable link to my site which reads "Click Here for my website".

2. Create a clickable graphic link, such as those everyone else except me has got in their signatures. You victimising forumites, you, keeping this from me. Not that I'm bothered, you understand. And don't think I spent any time on this, like 27 minutes for example, trying to work it out.

Please help, you're my only hope.
