I am using Truespace 3.2. I have made a model and have all the textures applied to it. When I save it as a .x file then load it into darkbasic or any program at all, most textures don't show, and some do but they are the wrong textures.

Plz help me.

I fixed the problem, but when it goes into darkbasic, it is texture less. Why?

I guess no one knows.
I found the problem, which was stupidly simple, a few days ago.
It turns out the bitmaps were not working right, not the program.
So all I did was take it to paint and save it them as a 24 bitmap.

I use gameSpace (similar to your TrueSpace).

If I do not export the textures with the .x model then I won't see them in DB or other programs either. If yours is as mine is, you should have some kind of export options that you can set for your model export. When you export it, it will create the .x model and whatever textures are associated with it in the same location as it saves your model. Then just load up in DB and you're all set (since the textures will load automatically with the .x model).

Hope that helps.

In trueSpace, there is not option to include images into the .x file. You have to do it yourself. What was wrong was that the bitmaps were not saved right and were sort of coruppted, so I resaved them as the bitmap, and it worked.
