Will games created with the FPSC be stand alone EXE files like 3D Game Creator or will there be some type of install required?

Yes, the Build Game dialogue creates a standalone exe for you. It's really cool in fact. You make a list of the levels that make up your game, choose the various settings you want (Light mapping, texture quality etc) and then let it build. Simple! Remember, it'll be a Freeware game and will have a splash screen at the end of the game reporting this.

You can get lots of freeware (or shareware) install maker programs off the internet anyway, so you can make your own, custom installer for it if you want to.
Won't there be a version (or liscence) for commercial use for this? I thought that TGC would make a cheaper version for non-commercial use (which they are doing) and a more expensive one for commercial use, so that people can sell their work, such as they did with T3DGM (http://t3dgm.thegamecreators.com/?f=license).
