can anyone tell me how to set up the help files with dark edit so the examples work also. I can get the commands to work but the examples show a page not found in the browser window> I would really like to see the examples also!

You could try going to this directory:
- Dark Basic Software\Dark Basic\help\examples
and opening the dba files in the various folders.
I dont use dark edit so I dont know exactely what your problem is though.
