I'm going to look into it a little more. I'm at school right now so I can't do anything till I get home tonight.

Edit:
@the freak next door: What version of the .NET framework do you have installed?

@Cattlerustler or Exeat: What version of the .NET framework was this program with?

Ok, I do not know what on Gods green earth is wrong.

If the dll is not in the working directory, the app simply crashes. If you swap dlls, it crashes. Crash, crash, crash, but no error reports... this a strange problem.

ok first of all I got a different plugin (made by Shaddows of Emptiness) (not exactly DBP compatible you have to use load dll and call dll) and so I got the save dialog and open dialog I needed but umm I will try your plugin too. Shaddows of Emtines's dll that he made I could easiliy make it DBP compatible but I will do that later (after I try your plugin)

I use 1.1

Well if you use both of them they you'll have a set of working commands, because open and save dialog commands didn't work with my plugin (by the way now has over 200 commands), I am not sure whether they work with the latest release because haven't heard any feedback yet.
