i kind of suck at texturing, but strangelly im really pleased with how its turning out, ill post a wireframe and textured head tomorrow, i think ill have it finished tomorrow, at least most of it, yep 3dsmax 5,

Looks good, I'd say round the eyes off a bit more, looks like they just follow the contours of the polys, kinda unnatural. Also the ear could use a little more detail, take a look at the pics here http://images.google.co.uk/images?q=ear+orc&hl=en&lr=&start=20&sa=N&filter=0 Otherwise pretty cool

hi gir, ive analysed that to, i started the torso and some reshaping at the head, the eyes now round off like real eyes, ill start the ears soon, i must first solve a problem im having with the lower jaw smooth groups, damm me if i cant fix this, thansk for the support guys, now our little fella goes with 602 polys, his growing

its much better now, he got some new ears thanks to you gir and the eyes are now round, plus i modelled the torso, hehe looks really sweet, but im only gonna show it when i finish the mesh

I think the 5 o'clock shadow would work with him, if he's going to be in some sorta comedy game. Like 'a day in the life of Bob the Orc' heh or something

I think perhaps you might want to pull his lip down in the center a bit. Maybe widen the eyes from the nose. Just look at a few reference Orc of the style your hoping to achieve and try to take not of where everything is anatomically.

Mesh seems like a pretty good start
