So all those posts about shader issues or something with dx9 are all nice, but i want to know if i should upgrade to dx9 or wait for a bit?

I've had minor texture problems (you see rainbow colours on some textures which shouldn't be there). This happens with LithTech engine based AVP2 game ... the problem wasn't there with DX8.1

Apart from that, everything else is fine.
