How do you find the poly count of your model in 3ds max 6. I would like to know if I'm making my models too high poly.

Utilities -> More -> Polygon Counter

(Utilities is the hammer looking button)

High quality models and graphics, low prices. Graphics for the rest of us.

if you press number 7 on your keyboard - not on the numpad it will tell you the poly count by the name of the view port
