It looks pretty cool - maybe would benefit by being a bit sharper, like more shadowing. When drawing heads though, you should go for a wraparound effect - like you have to draw the ears as well, as if you had a head wrapped in tracing paper, then drew around all the features. Most heads get cylinder mapped - which makes it a bit tricky to draw faces, but the head will always look far better than a straightforward plain map (you could use that as a plain map for a head already, but it would'nt look too good because the sides would all be stretched and earless).

a neat trick for starting with a good base for a face is this.

visit the sites that show mugshots eg: mugshots.com
get the front profile shot
load this up into your fav 2d package

create two layers of the same face image and make the front one 50% opacity
working on the back layer use similar filters like trace edges and find edges to make the back image more posterised.

this will result in an image of the face that resembles a painting created in the impressionist era.

from here you could collapse both layers and start painting directly over that new image or using another layer on top, paint the new face as using the previous two layers as reference.

nudge or smudge tools greatly help to modify the original face if you want to say convert a mean looking mugshot into an ogres face as an example.

If no-one gives your an answer to a question you have asked, consider:- Is your question clear.- Did you ask nicely.- Are you showing any effort to solve the problem yourself
