I'm not trying to put you down or anything...but that seems like a few brush strokes and a ripple filter. Nothing impressive, or anything to like about it. The average beginner for photoshop/gimp could do something like that.

[PS] .BMP's are evil, .JPG's and .PNG's are your friend. Try to consider those unfortunate enough to have dial-up, as that image (being over 1MB large) must have taken ages to load for em. Image compression is a common and useful thing, use it.
