I was wondering about in-game music, i take it you can play mp3 files and have control over volume? Again, apologies in advance if I have missed this information elsewhere.

Good question - lets not hope its restricted to mp3 though which I am sure it wont be. MP3 is a copyright file format I believe so you will need an expensive licence to include MP3 files in any game you want to sell.

WMA or OGG are a better choice all round. I presume event sounds would be WAV anyway as the others are streaming formats.

Really? I'd have to pay to use mp3 fileformat if i wanted to release my game? Man, I never knew that, feel like a total n00b now, hehe.
