Does anyone know where I can get some models of buildings for a GTA Style Game?

If you're looking for pro-quality stuff you'll pay for, I like the stuff from http://www.geo-metricks.com

For freebies, you might want to search this forum for "free models" and try some of the many links that've been posted in the past (which is why I won't repost them here) I do remember that 3DCafe has some decent stuff to download, as does Avalon. Check the poly counts on them before using in a game though.

If you're a Gamespace user, there are some (IMHO) really good building textures that come as part of the software. A couple of (texture painting) brush strokes onto a basic cube or plane, and you've got GTA-style buildings.

I meant the ones on the Geometricks site, not your model. I mean I've seen that Berzerka before... And I think I've seen a few others...

Yeah, the "warrior" tank used in some DB games from the compos is a freebie they gave away on TurboSquid. It comes from their 24 tank collection.

You might try the afore-mentioned 3DCafe and Avalon web sites. URL's have been posted here a few times already so I won't dig for them again. I remember some sci-fi type buildings on one of those sites. At one time there were a few sci-fi war-type freebies on Turbosquid also, mostly barracks-type things. They were well done though.
