lol, yes, bear crazy, you need the IP address and your username..
something like
http://000.000.000.000/~username
Probably the domain name you login to your cpanel using..
so if you login to www.awesomehosting.com/cpanel or www.awesomehosting.com:2033, or 000.000.000.000/cpanel or something to the above, you can view your website at www.awesomehosting.com/~username
maybe, also, your public files will need to be in public_http or httpdocs or something to that effect, and will be the root of your website, so 000.000.000.000/~username will bring up the httpdocs folder, and you can't go lower than that..

If you look in public_html there's a file called index.php, get rid of it, that's the page your viewing now.. you can replace it with a new index.htm page if you like, or you can leave it as is, and allow people to browse your site using a handy file listing view, that will occur when no index.* page is found
