hi.

just strting to code my prog, ran into a prob.
i'm using a matrix to make a chessboard. typed it in, ran, screen loaded up briefly then went back to the compiler screen. i've tried several things, messing w/ camera settings and such, lastly i gave up and loaded the "camera functionality" bit from the help files. same thing, black screen for a couple secs then back to the compiler. when i try the step-by-step or the debugger i get a windows error report thingy, dunno if my install's gone SNAFU on me.

anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong?

Can we see your code? If you dont have a loop in there or waitkey or something, it will just end right after it runs whatever lines you typed it.

Well firstly, dont worry about your installation, its probably a coding error...the Debugger is bugger-ed so thats the reason for the error there !
Yeah like Cookyzue said please post the code, also in future this is probably a question for another forum section, 3D Chat is mainly for 3D modeling related talk, unless ive got that wrong, then someone correct me !

Thanks for the replies - think you're right, it was a looping prob. cut a different bunch of codes from the tutes on this site and i've got it to work

oops sorry, i thought it was any aspect of £d stuff.
