DLL Talk / impout32.dll control of the parrallel port ??

I have used this dll with visual basic 6 to send and receive data to the parrallel port. However, I am having a problem gettting the correct syntex for DB 1.1.3. I am new to DB but not programming.

Any help would be greatly apreciated.
