Pretty. A nice white shotgun with a red sights. I like it.

[EDIT]
Ah, the link is coming in now. Not to shabby. Just texture it.

It's OK, but look at a real shotgun, it doesn't look like it's been run over by a steamroller. Put some shape into the sides, it suffers from "completely modeled from one side" syndrome. Also, please please please use .jpg when uploading images, 500kb for an image is rediculous, it only took about 5 secs to load for me, but I have 512kbit/s. 56k'ers will be cursing your arse off.

Isn't it? Wasn't it? Marvellous!

It only took me 4 min with my 64k connection. Better than those morons who post a BMP of 1.5 megs.....

The model seems like he drew it from the side and extruded it.

As long as you change views every now and then that is a great way of modelling. I could never model before but now I can pretty well (apart from human heads) using that technique with cylinders or boxes.

Yeah, I moddeled it in side-view and extruded it. I saw it in a tutorial. Remember though it's my first model, I'll try to improve it a bit, trying to get some depth in the side.

Here's the real picture of it:

Chimera,
Could you please visit my game wip post and confirm for me that my shotgun is not yours. Some newbie won't believe I did'nt steal yours somehow - I think we used textures from the same site.

Cheers,

Van-B
