See the problem is, if I were to upload one of the current bone models I have it would be a conflict of interests. Given that currently it is being used in the Goldeneye game that's in the WIP Forum.. so hmm
Another problem is, yes you can get in alot of legal water using the model.
a) Pierce Brosnan doesn't like people stealing his image without a nice cash settlement.
b) Ian Flemming Society or whatever the heck thier called also don't like Bond or the associations to be used without again a big cash settlement.
c) Depending on the Game means a varying number of game companies will just turn round and tell you to cut it out (some will be cool with it but others no matter how much many you wave infront of thier faces will budge)
d) The publisher of the game tends not to like it, and will demand you stop or pay them... yes you've guessed it, a large cash settlement.
While most of the time the most you'll get is a Cease & Desist order telling you to pack it in, else they'll let thier vicious laywers on to you. That is about as far as it goes, cause well no-one is
that stupid, are they?
this said you have this problem no matter what unless you create something totally original. There isn't anything against you creating your own enigmatic British (::whistlesirishwhistles:

After all no one has copyright over MI6, Secret Agents or even a bloke there.
Why not call him Don B'samej, heh : I think Jack Bamber would probably be cooler though. Then it has the link to TGC, sounds like Bauner (from 24) and has the same initials as who you want to fake
Try not to use any trademark things either... like PPK as his gun, give him something cooler, like that Laptop Machine gun Jo has in Perfect Dark (then gun rocked!), oh or even better in Ghost in the Shell the guards protecting the diplomat has Uzi's that transformed into Briefcases. I think if you had him look more like Bauner too, rather than someone aristocratic, kinda like an off-duty copper. That would work better.
Then you just send him to stupid places in the world on a wild goose chase only to be drugged by the bad guys and end up captive (bond always ended up having to get out of a ridiculously long trap, as Autin Powers & Kim Possible always make fun of), so that would be how you got to the end.
Oh oh and his car of choice should be something like a Ford Focus, ya know like a family saloon, but believe it or not MI6 is actually a public agency not above the law, so ya know people there are just more regular people. heh
