Firstly select a segment to create the room. For this room I've chosen the full lab room.
I've now drawn the room freehand by clicking on the left mouse button while dragging the mouse around the grid to create the room seen below.
Next I've moved up a floor and selected the draw floor icon to draw the floor of a room. Using the icon next to it I could just draw the walls.
Using the same method, with the left mouse button and dragging the mouse around, I've added the roof to the room below.
Next I click on the markers and then select the start position arrow (Green) rotate it to the direction I require and then left click to place it in the bottom left corner of the room.
Next I go to the entities list and select a generator entity which I'd like to add to the room.
Next I place it in the top left hand corner of the room by left clicking there.
I've zoomed in to make it easier to place the entities and have placed lots of static entities. I've decided to also place a character (Sci-Fi Conker unarmed) there too, but in this case I want him to be static. As you can see from the picture the shroud is green which means an active entity.
Pressing a key will turn it to a static entity. Next I decide to light the scene by placing different relevant coloured lights at different intensities around the scene, white for the door, red for the generator, green for the green tubes and blue for all the blue objects.
Next I go into to the level information file and select no ambient light as I want my lights I've added to light the scene.
Next I click test game....
And I've just realised I've previously selected full lightmapping so time to twiddle my thumbs a bit a post the first bit of this
Next I will post the view inside the room
This first bit too 10 Mins to do. And it took that long due to me grabbing screen shots...
