I'd suggest you check out the last few months newletters, there's usually some stuff about it and a couple of videos in 1 particularly scary issue.

pffft, humans. Do not call yourself a noob unless you do not respect yourself. This is an urmm..err...not noob hating community, so dont call yourself a noob. Everybody is new to something someday, but I would reccomend meaby looking into the site a littl emore for info, it has alot of stuff to tell.
