ok i woudl think that there woudl be an official site for all the internet protcols so what is it
i want to know how the protcol works and how u could make a server or client using that protcol(i dont need actual source code just what to send and what to expect to recive from the server/to the client)

server software is complicated stuff

You may just be better off playing with the apache source
