What are you trying to access?
You need to give a bit more information. There are multi player tutorials and snippets in the code base.

I am talking more like sending info to My website. Note: I have DBC with no expansion pack.

Well it is possible to do using the FTP commands provided your web server allows you to upload using FTP.
