hum, well.. what can I say.. it doesnt look very confy holding.
I know this is your first gun model, but do you really feel this gun is done?

I dont have any specific critique on this one.. but I would advice you to have another go at it. try finding some referance at google.com and dont stop modeling till you feel it looks as well as perfect to the original.. it may take you a few hours.. but when I sit down and make a model.. I often sit 5 to 10 times that amoung of time.. belive me its worth the result.

Wow! That is So!!!!!bad. Ok what do you work with? You shouldn't use shapes for a simple gun. Actually take the time to use faces and extrude. Here's one of my guns. You'll see it looks real because I used faces and extruded...easy.

indeed you do have a need for improvements. don't worry my first model was an automatic uzi and it came out nice. although it didn't have texture. I used verticies and facing. (alot of clicking i might add) but it pays off.

Indeed yes... most modellers wait for about a year after practicing before they sell their models. The furniture would be good for RPG funiture. Oh and don't get mad dude if people are honest. I have been modeling for a year and I still don't sell my stuff yet. I could though. Here is a pic of some furniture that I modelled:

Now untill you can model something close to that I wouldn't sell. I am not bragging on myself for this model but yes I am saying that I could sell this if I wanted. Modelling is a hard thing to do sometimes. Keep practicing and don't worry your gun was only too thick and too cubed, other than that it was fine(sell able if textured good).

From the looks of it your using the built in vertex coloring in Wings, which isn't a texture.

maybe you can convert them to .x with your program that you have and then open it in gameSpace or something and uvmap it. that should work, though keep in mind i'm not that much of a 3d artist.

i found it easiest to learn by finding a reference and trying to replicate it:

i used lithunwrap to uv map my gun.
