A newbie question on Newton, apologies if it's in the official thread, but there's too much to wade through.

I understand that each object must have a rigid body version for Newton, rather like a collision sphere in Nuclear Glory. Is this also the case for a complex terrain, for example a .x model of a landscape?

Is there an easy way to implement interaction with a complex landscape?

Very easy! Here's an example straight out of the newton docs:

Also, since I doubt the terrain object you're using is moving anywhere, you won't have to use NDB_BodySetDBProData.

Hope I Helped!

Cheers. I was assessing the whole thing, sat at a laptop that can't run...well, anything...wondering how you're expected to make a rigid body for a landscape. If I'd had a worthy PC, I'd have probably searched and found the answer.

Thanks again.
