The server is run from my computer so the txt file can be saved straight on with no uploading or anything!

Basically...
I want to have a form which can after the user presses submit save the form data to a txt file on the server! (basically) I just want predone files plz! Sorry its a bit brief! Didnt have long to write this!

you can't do predone files, probably the best you can do is make a text file on a users machine and then ftp it to your server

Thus having many text files on your server

That makes absolutely no sense... but I'd assume then, that you want your players to be able to send info to your server... simply run an ftp server and you can use my above mentioned method

You could try the PHP web site! It has some amazing stuff on file access!

Get 15 new commands, all the date / time commands left out of DBPro for free!

Server-side ASP has some features too. Look up the 'FileSystemObject' object.
