Due to the volume of people ordering FPS Creator right now I felt this message would be helpful.
First of all - as we say all over our web site, all orders are approved manually via a bank fraud check.
When you place your order you will receive 2 emails. One from WorldPay (or PayPal) and an automatic one from us saying things are in motion.
When we approve your order you'll receive a 2nd email with a link to the download manager and, most important of all, your serial number!
Because of the time of the day here (late into a Friday night and a weekend) we will be a little slower than usual approving orders. However I fully appreciate that you all want this *now* so I am taking time out every couple of hours and clearing out all order approvals. I will continue doing this until around Friday midnight (GMT). Come Saturday myself and a few other TGC team people will be helping approve orders during the day. Sunday we have the day off. Obviously back into Monday we'll do them far quicker.
My order was approved but still no email!
Right - this happens sometimes, mostly with Hotmail accounts who seem to think mail from our sales database is spam (thanks guys). If you have checked your Order History on the TGC site (go into your Profile and click Orders) and it says the order is sent but you have received no email then contact us. For now, contact me personally and I'll manually re-send the email you need.
