Has anyone else had the download stop at 67% (file #273) and refuse to keep going?

sorry... wrong problem...
The problem is that after the download, when you click on "launch installer", it comes up with a message saying "Incorrect file size. Corrupted download perhaps?" (see the attachment)
Can SOMEBODY help me?!
