Hi
First of all WHAT AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
just one little glitch, whenever i try to test a level that as lighting the editor hangs at 270 creating lightmaps..... how long is this process supossed to take? i've tried reducing my desktop to 16 bit but it still hangs at that point, any suggestions.

Depends on a lot of factors - how many lights, how big the area, etc. First thing to check in the Preferences is to turn on QUICK lightmapping! They perhaps it won't stick there for quite as long. If it's on Full Lightmapping then be prepared for a very long wait (severa l hours+)

Thank you, you were quite right full light mapping was selected, i reduced it to quick mapping and it took about 30 seconds.
