Hi

i was following the step-by-step guide in the fpsc manual and they say i should right click the mouse button and select NEW>text document.
Then they say i should rename it to Mylogic.fpi
But if i rename it and go into the text files properties it still stands as "mylogic.fpi.txt"

How can i make it an fpi file?

Thanks

Put "quotes" around the filename. See if that works.
"Mylogic.fpi"

Or select 'All Files' in the save dialog, then it'll let you give the file extention yourself.

Hi
the default extension for wordpad is .txt.
to save your fpi file you need to choose save as.. then click on the box that is marked "save as file type" and choose "ALL FILES" remember to type your file name with the extension ie.
myfile.fpi
