When I try to play my game in EXE mode, and I click the "New Game" button, the game freezes, whats wrong?

Dave,
It didn't freeze on me. It just took a long time to load.

When you click on NEW GAME, you should be taken to the loading page and see a progress bar before the level starts. take a screenshot of the last thing you see before the 'freeze' so give me a better idea where you are. A picture is worth a thousand bug reports

You just click "New Game", but there is no loading screen, the game does, eventually start, but it's kind of annoying not having the loading screen.

You mean you click NEW GAME, the title sound stops, you wait about 30 seconds, then the title screen is replaced with the start position of the player in the level you have created. Absolutely no loading page (with a loading bar progressing slowly and loading page music)? Curious. If you can use FRAPS or some other capture software to show me this behaviour I would be very interested in seeing this.
